She later on went on to become the 1st runner up of Miss Intercontinental in Germany out of 84 countries. Thereafter, there has been no looking back for her. Over the years, Koena has done commercials like for Mirinda, Clinic All Clear, Maruti Alto, Jewellery and beauty products; she has done many fashion weeks even in Milan and Beijing.
